I’m having trouble logging into the course on my mobile (iPhone). I’d expect to find a login page that would take me in to where I last was. But negotiating the website to find even the actual course, let alone my place in it is a nightmare! It seems hit and miss. Sometimes I can find where I was after many many clicks. And sometimes I just can’t find it at all. Is anyone else having this problem? Am I using the wrong url? Thanks

Thanks for posting this issue here. We have not (yet) heard this problem from others – maybe it has to do with the mobile version of our website. We’ll have a look into this and report back to you per email.

Hi Carole and all,
I had similar issues yesterday when trying to login from my tablet. Initially, I had the tablet in vertical position and could not find any button to login.I was really frustrated and then I turned the tablet in landscape mode and there it was, the button to sign in! So to me it seems to be a problem of the mobile website layout, that it only works correctly when in landscape mode.

Thanks for letting us know you’re having the same issue. So it seems about the layout in the mobile/tablet version of the website. We’ll start looking into this and see how we can improve the experience.
